30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your DreamCloud Pillow to request a return — even if the pillow has been used.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned with all included parts and accessories.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team. Include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for your return or how we can improve your experience.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note that shipping delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are outside of our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If your DreamCloud Pillow arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Our support team will guide you through the return process and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
