30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your DreamCloud Pillow to request a return β€” even if the pillow has been used.

To qualify for a return, the item must be returned with all included parts and accessories.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note that shipping delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are outside of our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.

Refund Process
